GitLab suffered a 90-minute outage today, due to (virtual) network trouble, which made one of the VMs in the cluster unreachable in part only. Unfortunately this happened to be the VM on which our PostgreSQL server ran... A post-mortem is being written at https://go.epfl.ch/OUT0011568-postmortem as we speak.
