Merging without approval since :

• an older version of relion was already installed;
• the concretization of the new version uses exactly the same set of dependencies, so there are no surprises;
• after correcting an issue with the recipe which was causing the build to fail on CPU machines, the build finishes successfully when built through apptainer_by_hand both on Jed and Kuma L40s, producing binaries that work (on my very limited test);
• the CI finishes without issues.
