I forked this repository using the PSNC gitlab so that I could try using the CI builds on the gateway and using a docker image. Both work. It should be trivial to update to work at SPC once HDF5 is provided on the build-machine.

I know it was a long time ago, but is there any chance that we could revisit this? If hdf5 is available on the CI machine at SPC, it should be very simple. With the use of the Poznan IMAS container images, it might even be possible to try a CHEASE CI installation including HDF5 & IMAS, but for that I would have to double-check.
