move get_grids_1d.m to main gdat crpptbx folder to be used by all machines since now uses only generic gdat calls, ensures .grids_1d is same for all machines

use isfinite instead of ~isnan since more general and avoids NaNs and Infs, ready to move function up for all machines

added several new signals and tested geteqdskJET.m. This file will be moved to CHEASEgui repository since it uses write_eqdsk and should be in main paths
