• Add test coverage reports
• Update main test running scripts w.r.t. latest https://gitlab.epfl.ch/spc/tcv/tbx/testtbx reference
• Add setpaths_gdat file to auto-add subpaths

@amerle since gdat should also run outside lac in principle we can not link to testtbx, so I merged the files with the latest updates.
