Draft: Resolve "Build distribution.markers IDS"

@osauter in the TCV_IMAS/ids_empty/ids_empty_distributions.m the empty structure should contain all the fields listed in here? or just a backbone?

Did you look from the spc imas server now, dd_doc gives you the current version. The link I copied is for 3.31, which version do you need, I will update

For the 3.34.0-4.9.3 not all the fields are there

did you check the spc imas pc and what version we have? We can ask Cenk to update

• d79c1294 - added backbone script to produce markers. So far it starts from (R,z,E,pitch)...
