Add quantities to ids for MRE

Added quantities that to the IDS: (Initially for co-MRE inputs but also for RAPTOR)

• core_profiles : added ohmic & bs current densities and neoclass conductivity signeo
• core_transport: chie - perpendicular heat conductivity from CONF nodes
• core_sources : ohmic, bs and EC (from TORAY) current and power densities & integrated profiles
