Fix circuit corsica

@osauter @carpanes Added the description of the vertical supply coils and corrected the connection matrix for CORSICA case

I was starting to fix complete_IDS_corsica to have correct substructures, I'll merge and continue in a new branch for clarity

Just a question, you seem to assume the size of pf_active.coil, .circuit and .supply is the same. Is it normal? You do not seem to check although the same list of names for example appears in data_coils and data_circuit?
