add new ids available, thomson_scattering and summary, in various global functions

add summary in default call add both thomson_scattering and summary in various defaults (tcv2ids2database, etc)

Looks like a missed opportunity to define this in a single function.

You mean the defaults to get/write?

Yes we should. There are 2 "distinct" list, one is when at TCV or elsewhere if we do not have ids_list available (although I provide now one with write2struct for lacs, but may not be up to date)

The other is the tcv_get_ids_xx we have available, we could actually search for these since we shold use always this naming, this way we would not forget to add to the default list?
