add basics for ids summary

fixed remote aug, added non ide in ida and fixed contains in gdat_tcv

example and debug for tdi expression with

with new ids_empty from IMAS 3.26

fixed circuit corsica

use mdsipmex(8) instead of 7 to avoir print of server

use gdat to get empty ids to make it work outside IMAS installed sites

add gdatpaths to have all subpaths if missing

avoid writing file with test eqdsk to see if easier to pass deploy tests

various IDS related updates, added imas machine to load from database, various tcv2ids fixes: Fix flux loops, sign of bottom G-coils and current in TOR, added Corsica ids full from Corisca partial IDS and complete_Corsica using fixed data and liuqe functions

add trialindx in generic calls, checked ids with trialindx works, added to tcv2ids and tcv2ids2database as well
